Your
challenges:                      

  • Calibration engine aftertreatment system (mainly urea dosing system) on test benches or vehicles to meet emissions and performance goals
  • Performance of tests on test benches and vehicles to gather data as required
  • Application the aftertreatment system according to the requirements
  • Resolving and shooting troubles during applications
  • Writing technical reports and presentations to communicate data, test results, and project status for internal and external purposes
  • Performance technical trainings to customer engineers or new employees
  • Discuss technical points with customer if needed
  • Interface to customer in technical issues
  • Interface to development HC
  • Leading Application Team
  • Support/create specification on product or test/development processes
  • Support release process at customer and at Albonair

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree (or above, master degree preferred) in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
  • Minimum of five years of working experiences, automotive or internal combustion engines background would be ideal Automotive process knowledge
  • Experiences in calibration of aftertreatment systems, or engines or vehicles
  • Familiar with the calibration tools such as INCA, CANape, would be a strong plus
  • Ability to use other computer-based tools such as Excel, Matlab, etc. to solve engineering problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English (or German) fluently
  • Able to work independently and under pressure and when necessary, to work in flexible hours
  • Team player
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%) for seasonal development test trips, testing and application on site of customers, training period in Europe
  • Team management skill
